Olivia Smith
Accounts Receivable/Property Manager
Olivia works closely with the other members of our team in the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable. She also manages several properties in our portfolio. Olivia graduated from Humboldt State University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy.

Leanne Dean
Property Accountant
Leanne oversees all aspects of our property accounting. She has worked at companies large and small in Oregon and Colorado. Leanne studied accounting at Golden Gate University.

Andrew South
President
Andy has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He spent the early part of his career as a corporate lending officer at Bank of America in San Francisco, and has since been working in commercial brokerage and property management. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, and his MBA from The University of Southern California. Andy holds real estate licenses in Oregon, Washington, and California.
Cameron South
Vice President
Cameron is responsible for the management of several properties in the Southstar Portfolio. Additionally he performs leasing, research, analysis, and financial reporting. Cam graduated from Temple University with a degree in Economics, and received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. He holds real estate licenses in Oregon, Washington, and California.
Marilu Campbell
Property Manager/Business Development
Marilu is responsible for marketing and business development. She also manages several properties in our portfolio. Outside of the office, she enjoys working as an ice skating coach and skiing in her free time. Marilu received her BA in English from The University of Florida.
